FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Threshold amount for Free Standard Shipping is displayed on all products and in your cart. If your order falls below the threshold amount specified you will be charged $9 for our Flat Rate Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we offer other services via UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. (NB: Sometimes this email gets rerouted to your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you do not see it in your main inbox) You can also track your order through order history by logging into your account (if you created one).
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date indicated in the tracking information please contact us no later than 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany. Rates are available during checkout. All duties and fees are paid by customer.

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, exchange or a store credit.
Returned products must be in the same condition you received them.
Returns received after 30 days are eligible for store credit ONLY and are subject to 15% restocking fee. Store credit issued will be based on the lowest historical selling price, factoring in any coupons, discounts, and/or promotions that may have applied.

I love the Aviana dress which I’ve had several years, fits and looks great. So I’ve tried it in other colors, this purple is rich! However even though I should take XS like the last time, I find their sizing has changed and is not what is stated. The S not XS now fits me (and I did not gain weight!). I usually take a size 2 or 4.

I've purchased quite an array of clothing from XCVI (dresses, jackets, pants, etc.) and have increasingly noticed that sizing is not standardized at all - even for the same item. I purchased the Aviana dress (striped) several years ago - love it. XS fit me perfectly and still does. Earlier this year, I purchased the same dress, same size in blue - I could hardly get it on and it was 2 inches longer so I returned it (NB: I have not gained weight and am in fact a few pounds lighter). I just purchased another Aviana - on clearance and only size S was available so I tried it - it fits fine. So I have this in XS and S and they both fit me the same. I also notice that despite the size measurements stated, their models tend to wear size S when their measurements would indicate a size XS. (I also bought another pair of capris in the style that I loved with my first pair - they are several inches longer than before.) So none of this makes any sense. I think they need to be clearer with their manufacturers and with their sizes/measurements.

I love this dress in its design and its rich red color.
Sizes are difficult to determine with XCVI clothing.
In pants and skirts I order size XS, but these dresses I order in size L.
I washed it warm and put it into the dryer and it fits fine. The length is good now for my 5'1".

I bought size L , washed it warm and put it into the dryer. I am 5'1" and now it has the better length for my height.

Guadalcanal Pigment is a solid green color, looks great. The knit inserts at the size make this style comfortable with some size flexibility, so perhaps size down. Looks great with white tennis, and great for travel!

These are my favorite dresses of all time. They are comfortable, casual, and slimming. I usually size down as the ruching stretches out, and there are knit inserts on the sides. The Crestfallen Wash colors are as pictured. These dresses are unique and travel well!
