WHAT INFORMATION DOES XCVI COLLECT ABOUT MYSELF?
Any personal information you provide to XCVI is maintained on secure servers and our internal systems. We collect information when you register online or update your account, log In, place an order, opt-in to receive our emails, shop online or join our social networking sites. This information may include, but is not limited to, your contact information (for example, your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses and phone number) and your credit card information.
HOW DOES XCVI USE MY INFORMATION?
XCVI uses the information you provide to customize advertising and content that we present to you, to contact you concerning specials and new products and to enhance our product offerings. DOES XCVI SHARE MY INFORMATION?

HOW DO I KNOW XCVI IS PROTECTING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND IT IS SECURE?
XCVI employs reasonable measures to maintain all personally identifiable information provided by you on computer servers in a controlled and secured environment in an effort to hinder unauthorized access, loss, alteration, use or disclosure of such information. XCVI utilizes Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) encryption technology and firewall network protection to protect personally identifiable information that is transmitted to XCVI’s e-commerce websites.

HOW DOES XCVI PROTECT CHILDREN?
XCVI as a general rule does not permit children under the age of thirteen (13) to register to use the websites. In the event that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen (13) without verification of parental consent, we will delete the information as soon as possible. XCVI does not sell products for purchase by children.
WHAT IS “PHISHING”?
"Phishing" is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through email.
WHAT ARE THIRD-PARTY SITES?
XCVI works with reputable third parties who perform services on our behalf. Sometimes these service providers need information about our customers in order to do their jobs, such as fulfill orders and promotions, maintain and manage our customer database and report on customer behavior and/or preferences. When XCVI allows these service providers access to your information, we require them to maintain your information in the strictest confidence and we do not permit them to use it in any way other than to help us provide you with better service.

Your removal request, along with your name and address, will be stored in a "do not contact" file to ensure that we can honor your request. HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE ACCOUNT AND WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY PASSWORD?
When setting up an online account on our website, you will be prompted to select a password. The retrieval of personal information relating to you and your order history is only available to you if you provide the correct password that you have created, and all profile information, including your address, is only available while you are logged in to your account.
