If you purchased an item from our site, and it goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, we will honor price adjustment requests if the item is still on sale at the time of the request.
If you see an XCVI or WEARABLES style advertised somewhere else for a lower price than listed on our site, we will honor a price match, provided it is an identical item (same fabric/style/color/size), currently available in stock, and you are able to provide evidence of the lower price.
HOLIDAY EXCEPTION: November 15 thru December 31, all price matching and adjustments will be issued in the form of a store credit.
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from order date. All orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major US Holidays. All items ordered will be shipped together. If an item on your order becomes unavailable or is out of stock you will be notified via email prior to shipping the rest of your order. Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

(NB: Sometimes this email gets rerouted to your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you do not see it in your main inbox) You can also track your order through order history by logging into your ACCOUNT (if you created one).
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date indicated in the tracking details please contact us no later than 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Threshold amount for Free Standard Shipping is displayed on all products and in your cart. If your order falls below the threshold amount specified you will be charged $9 for our Flat Rate Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we offer other services via UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany. Rates are available during checkout. All duties and fees are paid by customer.
US Post Office International shipping times:
• First Class: 1-99 days
• Priority International: 1-10 days
• Priority Express International: 3-5 days

Exchanges & Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at XCVI.com, we offer free returns (for US addresses ONLY), and we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a refund or an exchange within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges or store credit on products labeled "Final Sale" or products that are specified as non-returnable in the description.
Original shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued for the value of returned merchandise only. Returns made outside of our returns request system may be delayed or rejected and returned to you without credit.
International Returns: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
- Orders are limited to two (2) exchanges ONLY. If you are still having trouble finding the right item after two exchanges, please reach out to customer service for assistance.
- We are able to process returns/exchanges on items purchased on xcvi.com ONLY. If you purchased one of our items from another retailer, you need to contact that retailer for all return/exchange requests.

Go to https://returns.xcvi.com/. Select the items you're looking to return or exchange and fill out the necessary details. Ship the items back to us using the resealable shipping bag/box and the system-generated prepaid label you received when completing the return form.
Once your items are returned, you’ll receive an email notification of your refund or new order (if it's an exchange).

1 - Your order number is listed on your order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery confirmation emails from us. Check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive them.
2 - Your order number is listed on the shipping list included with your order.
3 - You can locate all your order numbers and history by logging into your account. You must have created an account previously or at the time of your order to use this option.
You'll receive a system-generated prepaid label after completing the return form. You’ll also have the option to download and print the return label.
You need to request a return by completing the return form. However, we currently do not offer pre-paid labels. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Nope! Please ensure that all returns are sent separately.
Each label is uniquely encoded and associated with a particular order. If you send two or more returns in one box, only the transaction that is associated with the label on the box will be processed. If there is more than one label on the box, only one label will be scanned.
If you ship two or more returns in a single box, only one of the returns will be processed.
If you’d rather ship your items with your preferred carrier, we still ask you to fill out the return request form.
Keep in mind, we don't reimburse fees for returns using your own method, and the return shipping is FREE if you use the label we provide!
Please note: Returns made outside our returns request system may be delayed or rejected and returned to you without credit. If you still choose to use your own return label, please save your tracking number, so we can better assist you with any issues.
From the time you send back your return, a refund will normally take 7-10 business days. Some banks will take up to an additional 5-10 days to apply the refund to your account.
We understand that mistakes happen. If your return shipment contains merchandise from another company/brand, we will attempt to contact you and get it shipped back to you.

To redeem points, you need to be logged into your store account. Once logged in, click on the red button at the bottom right corner of the page. A window will pop up. In this window you will be able to see your current point balance, and be given the option to redeem your points. Once redeemed, your reward will also be shown in this window, and you will be able to apply it during the checkout by simply clicking on it.
