IMPORTANT: Your billing address must match your name, address and postal code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process for your credit card payment.

We do not charge sales tax for orders outside of California & Arizona. Shipping charges are also subject to sales tax.
If you purchased an item from our site, and it goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, we will honor price adjustment requests if the item is still on sale at the time of the request.
If you see an XCVI or WEARABLES style advertised somewhere else for a lower price than listed on our site, we will honor a price match, provided it is an identical item (same fabric/style/color/size), currently available in stock, and you are able to provide evidence of the lower price.
HOLIDAY EXCEPTION: November 15 thru December 31, all price matching and adjustments will be issued in the form of a store credit.
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from order date. All orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major US Holidays. All items ordered will be shipped together. If an item on your order becomes unavailable or is out of stock you will be notified via email prior to shipping the rest of your order. Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. (NB: Sometimes this email gets rerouted to your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you do not see it in your main inbox) You can also track your order through order history by logging into your ACCOUNT (if you created one).
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date indicated in the tracking details please contact us no later than 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Threshold amount for Free Standard Shipping is displayed on all products and in your cart. If your order falls below the threshold amount specified you will be charged $9 for our Flat Rate Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we offer other services via UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany. Rates are available during checkout. All duties and fees are paid by customer.
US Post Office International shipping times:
• First Class: 1-99 days
• Priority International: 1-10 days
• Priority Express International: 3-5 days

Exchanges & Returns
For all orders placed between November 22 and December 19, the return window has been extended until January 20, 2020.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at XCVI.com, we offer free returns (for US addresses ONLY), and we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a refund or an exchange within 30 days. PLEASE NOTE: Merchandise returned in less than original condition (i.e. stained, full of pet hair, looks worn or washed, etc), will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. For returns received after 30 days, an XCVI Gift eCard will be issued. Please note, original shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued for the value of returned merchandise only.
Please note, merchandise marked as "Final Sale" may NOT be returned for exchange, refund or store credit.
To initiate a refund or exchange, please go to our Returns Request page. Returns made outside of our returns request system may be delayed or rejected, and returned to you without credit.
International Returns: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.

We offer Free Returns to all our US customers/addresses ONLY.
International returns: Customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees associated with the return.
EXCLUSION: Sale items marked as Exchange Only, will incur a $5 return shipping fee.
Store credits on returned items will be issued in the form of XCVI eGift Card. Once the store credit is issued you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your Gift Card. Gift Cards issued as a store credit on returned items do not expire. XCVI eGift Card can be used toward a purchase on xcvi.com ONLY, and is not valid at 3rd party retailers.
To redeem points, you need to be logged into your store account. Once logged in, click on the round red button at the bottom right corner of the page. A window will pop up. In this window you will be able to see your current point balance, and be given the option to redeem your points. Once redeemed, your reward will also be shown in this window, and you will be able to apply it during the checkout by simply clicking on it.

Try At Home
Your trial begins when your items are delivered. We’ll authorize your card at checkout - which does set aside funds for the full amount of the order - but you won’t be charged until after the end of your trial.
Don’t love it? Send any items you don’t want back to us. From there, the authorization on your account will be released within a few business days (bank processing time), and you’ll only be charged for what you keep.
Credit cards and debit cards are currently eligible for this program. Gift cards are not accepted.
We validate your card through an authorization for the full amount of the order. You'll see a pending authorization on your statement, but rest assured that's not a charge. We'll only charge your card for the items you decide to keep at the end of your trial period.
We periodically revalidate your card throughout your trial. In these instances, you will see your original authorization disappear, replaced with a new pending charge. Some banks take a few business days to drop the original authorization, so you may see two pending charges for a day or two. Rest assured we will only charge you for the items you keep after you’ve had a chance to try them.
Note that we will charge your card before the end of your trial if we are unable to maintain the authorization (if the financial institution declines the hold or due to insufficient funds).
Authorizations are what we use to confirm your ability to pay for items if you choose to keep them. They appear on your statement as pending charges. Similar to when a hotel puts a hold on your credit card, we release the funds after checkout and only charge you for the items you kept.
We track when the package was delivered to your house, which starts the trial period. You have until the end of your trial period to postmark returns.
We provide an ample amount of time for any returns to arrive at our warehouse before charging your card. Once the items are returned, we inspect and update your order status so you will not be charged.
Be sure to review the return policy for item condition requirements. If we determine items are not in resellable condition, you will be charged.
