Meet Meirose: A Free-Spirited Empty-Nester Who Loves to Travel

Tell us a little bit about yourself: your lifestyle, your family...anything you want people to know!

I have three adult children (2 married and one engaged) and 2 grand daughters.  I am constantly on the go so I seem to be living in a suitcase. 

Where is your favorite warm destination to travel / vacation (or favorite travel memory)?

I love Italy.  My favorite is Tuscany.  I have many fond memories of my travel to the Tuscan region. 

What are your plans for 2020? Any big trips, events or activities?

I plan to do more weekend getaways and explore local places in California as well as nearby states. 

How would you describe your personal style?

I like a casual boho and classic style.  I find the boho style very comfortable and effortless!  I think it fits very well with my personality. 

Tell us about a piece of clothing you are sentimental about.

One of the pieces of clothing I love so much is my white flowy dress.  It has been my go to dress to take on my travels.  It’s very light and easy to pack.  Each time I wear it, I am reminded of the many trips I had the opportunity to wear along my travels.

Where do you shop for clothing?

I shop mostly at Nordstrom.

Do you feel comfortable shopping online for clothing?

Yes, I do.  It gives me a lot of flexibility.  I am able to do my online shopping anytime and anywhere. 

Who is your favorite artist/musician/performer?

Michael Buble is my favorite.

Why do you enjoy being an XCVI ambassador?

I have never heard of XCVI before until the company reached out to me.  I love the pieces of clothing I’ve had the opportunity to select and wear.  It’s very lightweight and comfortable.  I love the stylish style.  Most of all I can dress it up with just a pair of high heels.  XCVI is also very easy to work with.
