You Are Not Alone

May is mental health awareness month, and we are eager and energized about raising awareness for this important cause. Stigma and discrimination have caused so many of us to suffer. Let’s break down stigma so no one struggles in silence.

Nearly 20% of US adults have an anxiety disorder. As many of you already know, mental health has been at the forefront of our efforts as a company. Especially this past year, which has let us all to reevaluate and reprioritize the things we put most value in. We’ve realized that what is important to us as a core value is that people always come first.

At the core of our brand, we promise to enrich women’s lives with joy and ease. This promise is channeled in our design aesthetic as well. And to keep to that promise, we’ve committed to support the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), which helps build more joyful lives for the millions of Americans who struggle with depression, anxiety, and other forms of mental illness.

During this month, we will participate in several projects that will help spread the word, and let people know that even if they feel isolated, they are not alone. #YouAreNotAlone

We asked our team to share what makes them feel not alone, in hopes that sharing their thoughts will help others who feel hopeless. Here’s a few examples of what our team shared. See more on social @xcviofficial.
