GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from order date. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major US Holidays. All items ordered will be shipped together. If an item on your order becomes unavailable or is out of stock you will be notified via email prior to shipping the rest of your order. Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Threshold amount for Free Standard Shipping is displayed on all products and in your cart. If your order falls below the threshold amount specified you will be charged $9 for our Flat Rate Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we offer other services via UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. (NB: Sometimes this email gets rerouted to your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you do not see it in your main inbox) You can also track your order through order history by logging into your account (if you created one).
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date indicated in the tracking information please contact us no later than 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany. Rates are available during checkout. All duties and fees are paid by customer.
If you would like to order from a country not listed above, please contact Customer Service, and we will try to accommodate your request.
We offer Free Returns to our US customers/addresses ONLY. This offer is not valid outside of US.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at XCVI.com, we will gladly accept returns for a refund, exchange or store credit.
You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, exchange or a store credit.
Returned products must be in the same condition you received them.
Returns received after 30 days are eligible for store credit ONLY and are subject to 15% restocking fee. Store credit issued will be based on the lowest historical selling price, factoring in any coupons, discounts, and/or promotions that may have applied.

This is my go to pant for everything. I love them because they fit so well. I like a pant that sits lower on the hips, not the high-waisted ones that are so uncomfortable to wear. I have so many pairs of the Jules Pants that one would think I would stop buying them. But the Hillside color is a perfect green that I just love. It is a medium green that goes with so many colors.

I wear plus size and rather than scaling proportions appropriately, these expand exponentially. So the ankles and calves are wide enough to fit tree trunks. I love XCVI, however I almost always suggest they work on their plus size clothes.

Unable to give a 5 star because I have purchased these in the past and every single pair that I own has had to be repaired by a seamstress. The stitching comes loose. I wash on gentle cycle too!!
I keep buying because they are great for my winters in Florida. I have other wearable pants that are fine, it’s just the Jules pant. All Wearable pants do stretch out and get baggier as you wear them.

My 1st order and I love the pant, the ruching, and love this color anemone. Thanks to customer service I ordered the right size XS. I’m 5’1” and 113 +\- a few. I don’t like my pants tight and these still give me just enough room. Wash well, color stays vibrant.

I have several pairs of these pants. Just love the style, the colors and the versatility. You can wear them on a date, to hang out with friends or to just go grocery shopping in a t-shirt and flip flops. My only issue with these is the sizing. I usually wear an XL but thought I would try the 1X to get a little more room in the tush. Wow! Something went wrong with the legs. They are so big and way too long. Not sure why there was such a big difference but these are almost unwearable even if I tie the string on the leg. I think I will have to return them.

I like the charcoal color and the fabric is soft. I ordered the medium based on some of the comments as I wanted these on the looser side, but the waist is larger than expected. Even with the drawstring, I'm afraid the waist would be quite loose by the end of the day. Also, I didn't realize that the drawstrings at the bottom tighten the leg opening instead of shortening the length as I'd assumed. I'll exchange these for a small or for a different style. They are really nice pants, though.

Love these pants. I ordered the navy blue, size small and fit great. I only wish they sat a little higher on the waist. But the cut and rushing on the leg is so cute and fun to wear.
