FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Threshold amount for Free Standard Shipping is displayed on all products and in your cart. If your order falls below the threshold amount specified you will be charged $9 for our Flat Rate Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we offer other services via UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. (NB: Sometimes this email gets rerouted to your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you do not see it in your main inbox) You can also track your order through order history by logging into your account (if you created one).
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date indicated in the tracking information please contact us no later than 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany. Rates are available during checkout. All duties and fees are paid by customer.

This is my third pair of pants this style. Yes….I really like them. The other two are a medium, these arrived and were huge. I exchanged for a small and they fit the same as the mediums in the other colors. That said - they are super soft, great color and I love the style.

I just received these pants. I couldn't believe how soft and comfortable they are when I put them on. It was odd for me to buy a light color but I am so glad I did I am thinking of getting other colors. My only thing I wish they had was the full elastic waist band like the geyser crop legging not the insert like the jetter but I am keeping them.

Got these in a great seasonal color last year. I'm a solid medium: 5'3" 135-140 lbs. Almost immediately the wide stretch, comfy waistband just stretched out too big. I've washed it and put it through a warm dryer and after 2 wearings, the pants are just too big at the waist. I love them but if I try to walk around town they are almost falling down. I may try to buy a pair in small this season. Shame though bc I loved the seasonal color I got last year.
