Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from order date. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major US Holidays. All items ordered will be shipped together. If an item on your order becomes unavailable or is out of stock you will be notified via email prior to shipping the rest of your order. Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount
to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Threshold amount for Free Standard Shipping is displayed on all products and in your cart. If your order falls below the threshold amount specified you will be charged $9 for our Flat Rate Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we offer other services via UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. (NB: Sometimes this email gets rerouted to your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you do not see it in your main inbox) You can also track your order through order history by logging into your account (if you created one).
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date indicated in the tracking information please contact us no later than 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany. Rates are available during checkout. All duties and fees are paid by customer.

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, exchange or a store credit.
Returned products must be in the same condition you received them.

Reading the reviews, I sized up (would normally wear a Large for outerwear, went with the XL) and it fits perfectly: I have been looking for some new trench coats and I am happy these are corduroy, have pockets, a belt that stays put, and I really appreciate the detail of the two slits more toward the sides rather than the one right in the middle of the back. I never think that is flattering, but it is hard to find jackets that don't have this as a feature. I am so glad I got this in another color!

I put together an entire outfit around this tense because I absolutely love it. I am “curvier” up too but have a smaller waist and straighter hips. Because of that, I ordered a large. It was so small! I couldn’t even begin to get it buttoned. So, I exchanged it for an XL. Again, too small and the arms would’ve been too long, but I have a tailor that could fix that up in a day. SO sad ce it didn’t work. I’ve been buying XCVI clothes for years. My only complaint is that the sizes vary so much. I would’ve bought a lot of items that were on sale, but after a bad experience last year, with sizes varying so much and no exchange allowed, u I skipped it this year.

My favorite color and I had to have it. I ordered XS and unfortunately it was too tight around the waist and I couldn’t button the trench to close. Considered ordering in S but the sleeves would be too long and the hem also. I’m 5’1”. 110lbs

I love this trench coat. The fabric is XCVI’s great fine-wale cord that is soft and wonderful. The color is a great burgundy. However, it was cut very small. I normally wear an XS or S and I could barely button size S over a tee shirt. It also did not have any stretch areas to give it some extra forgiveness.
