GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from order date. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major US Holidays. All items ordered will be shipped together. If an item on your order becomes unavailable or is out of stock you will be notified via email prior to shipping the rest of your order. Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Threshold amount for Free Standard Shipping is displayed on all products and in your cart. If your order falls below the threshold amount specified you will be charged $9 for our Flat Rate Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we offer other services via UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. (NB: Sometimes this email gets rerouted to your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you do not see it in your main inbox) You can also track your order through order history by logging into your account (if you created one).
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date indicated in the tracking information please contact us no later than 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany. Rates are available during checkout. All duties and fees are paid by customer.
If you would like to order from a country not listed above, please contact Customer Service, and we will try to accommodate your request.
We offer Free Returns to our US customers/addresses ONLY. This offer is not valid outside of US.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at XCVI.com, we will gladly accept returns for a refund, exchange or store credit.
You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, exchange or a store credit.
Returned products must be in the same condition you received them.
Returns received after 30 days are eligible for store credit ONLY and are subject to 15% restocking fee. Store credit issued will be based on the lowest historical selling price, factoring in any coupons, discounts, and/or promotions that may have applied.

My little white ruffled jacket has had a long journey through life. I bought this beauty, large white, in Marco Island a little over a year ago on vacation. It was love at first sight, at this point price didn’t matter.
On vacation I got a stain on it but I worked very hard to get it off, it worked. I wore my cute little ruffle number quite a bit. It was my go to over summer dresses, tanks with skirts, jeans.. It was a staple. I was so careful not to have another mishap. Up until recently. My mother was watching my pets, decided to do my laundry, my jacket was in the hamper and she threw it in with something that leaked. She poured bleach on it… long story short, she couldn’t get the very large stain out then she proceeded to iron it! My mom is older and well I’m not sure why that decision was made. I was heartbroken. So one last effort on my part, took some spray and wash threw it in the wash delicate cycle with only whites ( no bleach). I ran to the washer when it beeped and pulled out and the stain was gone but a huge tear in the back of the jacket.
With a sinking heart and no hope of being able to replace it I type in XCVI clothing and lo and behold a website pops up. I search jackets and good Lord in Heaven there it was. My white ruffled beauty! PLUS. They had it in my favorite pink shade! Guess what? That’s right! I got two, a pink and white! I am thrilled! To some it may be a cute jacket, to me this truly is my favorite piece of clothing!!!

I purchased this little jacket as a summer outer layer. It is PERFECT! Light, airy, a little dressy but not at all stuffy. It looks great over dresses, tank tops, with XCVI capris and jeans. I love that the sleeves are 3/4, so versatile. Indoors, it breathes nicely so you don't have to take it off to stay cool. It is my favorite jacket in my XCVI jacket collection! I am 5'4", 140 lb., athletic build, and a M fit perfectly.

My sister gave this to me as a gift. and i thought for sure it would go back but i love it. it is very flattering cut and looks great---runs a little short if you are over 5'6" you may want to size up.

This is a must-buy in the magenta color. Its even more beautiful in person than in the photos and will go with everything. Jacket is fitted but I have a slim chest so took a small (32B, 133 lbs). Only thing I'd prefer design wise is that the panels blend more with the jacket to make it less sporty and more dressy. As with all xcvi, there are all sorts of unexpected details like layered subtle ruffles. I love it!

Sooo adorable! Slight ruffles on the collar & cuffs give it just the right amount of girlish detail. Love the lightweight linen 3/4 sleeves and knit insets on either side of the back. Cute ruffle hem over another piece of linen give layered look. Love the patch pockets on either side and brass ring pull zipper detail, too. Sizing precise - 135, 5'4, 34DD so ordered the M and it's perfect. Slightly fitted so looks great over sleeveless tanks, jeans, skirts. Perfect for summer!

I needed a jacket for summer to go over sleeveless tops and this was a perfect choice in the white.
For some reason I need to get medium in the jackets when otherwise I order smalls in everything else. I'm 36C if that helps anyone. It's different in styling and not a run of the mill jacket.
