We offer Free Returns to our US customers/addresses ONLY. This offer is not valid outside of US.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at XCVI.com, we will gladly accept returns for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Please note, accessories by Blingy (vendor) have a 15 DAY RETURN POLICY from the date you receive your order. If you want to exchange your item, you need to send it back for a return, and purchase a new one. 

Returned products must be in the same condition you received them.

Returns received after 15 days will NOT be honored, for a refund, or a store credit.
