Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from order date. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major US Holidays. All items ordered will be shipped together. If an item on your order becomes unavailable or is out of stock you will be notified via email prior to shipping the rest of your order. Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Threshold amount for Free Standard Shipping is displayed on all products and in your cart. If your order falls below the threshold amount specified you will be charged $9 for our Flat Rate Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we offer other services via UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. (NB: Sometimes this email gets rerouted to your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you do not see it in your main inbox) You can also track your order through order history by logging into your account (if you created one).
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date indicated in the tracking information please contact us no later than 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

I own several of these terraced pants in different colors and I love them all. They fit well and thus are pretty comfy and flattering. My only complaint is something I voiced many times - for somebody under 5'4" the pants need to be shortened by several inches because inexplicably, XCVI does not offer petite sizes or at least different inseams lengths! That's pretty amazing because the average height of American women is actually 5'3 and half inches. 50% of women in the U.S. is under 5'4" tall. So, I cannot understand why XCVI keeps making pants for women 5'8" and over. Your models are so far from what women in the U.S. look like it isn't even funny.

Another perfect fit. The fabric is silky smooth. My first pair is the Hillside pigment, which I love. It fits seamlessly with my already existing XCVI pieces. The pants run long, I'm 5'6", and with platforms, they are the perfect length.

This is the best pant I've purchased in years. It always looks good. The terraced look is unique and adds a bit of style to whatever top I choose. Plus, I live in Florida where the weather is very hot and humid. This pant is lightweight and cool. I have four pair in different colors and include at lest one pair when I travel.. They pack well and can be easily was he and dried.

Have these pants in four colors and love them. Look great with a shorter sweater or linen top. Was a bit disappointed with the color, they are much darker and less turquoise than the photo. Very drab color. I will keep them because I love the style. Would like to see prettier colors in xcvi pants and not so much khaki, grey, and mud brown.

Have been looking at these for awhile and am so glad I ordered them. The colors are beautiful. Fit is flattering and true to size. I am 5'9" and they are very long on me. I don't want to lose the pretty color on the bottom so I will be wearing very high heels. Xcvi pants are always too long, wish they would make them a few inches shorter. Fun pant to wear.

Sand is not sand. It's khaki. These are one of my favorite pants - I own three - but sand does not look like the website. It's way more gray, like khaki.
