Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from order date. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major US Holidays. All items ordered will be shipped together. If an item on your order becomes unavailable or is out of stock you will be notified via email prior to shipping the rest of your order. Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Threshold amount for Free Standard Shipping is displayed on all products and in your cart. If your order falls below the threshold amount specified you will be charged $9 for our Flat Rate Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we offer other services via UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. (NB: Sometimes this email gets rerouted to your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you do not see it in your main inbox) You can also track your order through order history by logging into your account (if you created one).
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date indicated in the tracking information please contact us no later than 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany. Rates are available during checkout. All duties and fees are paid by customer.

We offer Free Returns to our US customers/addresses ONLY. This offer is not valid outside of US.

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, exchange or a store credit.
Returned products must be in the same condition you received them.
Returns received after 30 days are eligible for store credit ONLY and are subject to 15% restocking fee. Store credit issued will be based on the lowest historical selling price, factoring in any coupons, discounts, and/or promotions that may have applied.

I gave these leggings a try because my all-time-fav, Oslo cords, have been discontinued (hopefully they will come back!). As always, XCVI pants and leggings never disappoint—I always get a compliment and "where did you get those pants?". The penny leggings are classic XCVI—comfy, classy, and true to size. What I particularly love is the fabric weight which will work across seasons and the fabulous Java Distress color that goes with literally all the tops in my earth-tone based closet. Another winner!

Distress Wash Java is a nice color. It is a nice brownish grey. have other pairs of the Cord Penny and they are very soft and comfortable. I wear a medium in the now discontinued Oslo, but in these I wear a small.

I was initially really surprised how thin and lightweight these pants are. When I think Corduroy, I think warm pants with a degree of bulk. These are half corduroy and half stretch Jersey. The cord fabric is extremely thin fine wale corduroy, while the stretch jersey is the same fabric used on the non-corduroy leggings and pants that are now called XCVI Core styles. So they are slim fit and stylish, not warm - I add engineered fabric thermal pants underneath that are tissue thin to keep warm on the streets of NYC in winter. I wish the corduroy was a heavier weight as well as the stretchy jersey. XCVI uses heavier stretch fabrics on a number of their pant styles already. All that said if you want super lightweight corduroys - these fit the bill.

I was pleasantly surprised with the high waist on these cord Penny Leggings. I thought they would be uncomfortable but I do like them. I bought in the Sea Port (which are more of a dark teal than on the screen) and I found them true to size.

I can't get enough of this light corduroy fabric. I snapped these up in Sea Port and Russet before they sold out and so glad I did. The colors are gorgeous. These are so versatile. I'm 5'3" and 150 lbs and I can where any size from M-XL, depending on if I want more of a fitted legging or a drapier pant. The higher waist and the pockets on these make them perfect and so comfy.

I absolutely love these leggings. The corduroy is so soft and the shade of grey is just perfect. They are much more flattering than a typical legging as they almost cross over into the fit of a pant.
