If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at XCVI.com, we will gladly accept returns for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund, exchange or a store credit.

HOLIDAY EXCEPTION (ends 12/31/18):

  • Starting November 19, the return/exchange time window has been extended until January 20th.
  • Final sale items are excluded from this exception.
  • Starting November 21, all price matching requests will be issued in the form of a store credit.

Products must be in the condition you received them.


Returns received after 30 days are eligible for store credit ONLY and are subject to 15% restocking fee. Store credit issued will be based on the lowest historical selling price, factoring in any coupons, discounts, and/or promotions that may have applied. 

Please note, merchandise marked as "Final Sale" may NOT be returned for exchange, refund or store credit.

XCVI merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the boutique or store directly for their return policy.

To request a return or an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Returns page by following the Request Return link at the bottom right of every page.
  2. Look up your order. You will need your order/invoice number and your email address associated with that order.
  3. Once your order is found, you will see a list of items on that order with an options for refund,exchange or store credit. Select return reason and a resolution top for each item you are returning.
  4. Submit your request.
  5. After you submit the request you will be given the option to create your return shipping label. Follow the instruction to generate and print your label. 
  6. Attach your printed label to your return shipment. It should be addressed to the following:

  7. Once your shipment is received you will be notified via email of the status of your refund/exchange/store credit. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  8. You can check on the status of your return at any time by going to the Returns page. 
  9. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refunds to be reflected on the original form of payment.
