May I purchase XCVI products on your website?
XCVI customers can shop a limited selection of XCVI through our online store. If you're an XCVI customer looking for a wider selection of the XCVI collection, you may visit our store locator to find a retailer near you who carries our line. We also suggest some online retailers that carry the line on their website.
May I exchange my XCVI items directly with you?
You may only exchange those XCVI items that you purchased directly from us via this site. For all other XCVI exchanges, we encourage you to visit the retailer where you purchased your products and inquire about their exchange policies. If you purchased your XCVI products online, you must contact the online retailer whom you made the purchase from in order to exchange items.
Why doesn't my local retailer have all of your styles?
We encourage your retailer to consult with our sales representative and inquire about our full line opportunities. See a list of our regional sales representatives. You can also see what online retailers carry XCVI for a greater selection.
What is the difference between "XCVI" and "Wearables"?
"Wearables" is a sub-label of "XCVI". Wearables consists of XCVI's best-selling items from past seasons, and offers a slightly lower price point from XCVI.
Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes, we do. Our plus size collection is available at several department store retailers, including Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus.com, Zappos, Dillards and Von Maur. At this time, there are no specialty boutiques that carry our plus size collection.
I purchased something from your online store and now it's on sale, can I get a price adjustment?
Yes, you can. However, because our sales are weekly, and always vary, price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of your original purchase and only if the item in question is currently on sale.
I left a review on a product and received a discount code. Which items can I use it for?
The coupon code you received is valid on all full priced items except for XCVI Wearables collection and New Arrivals. Oh, and thank you for leaving a review!
What is the status of my order?
Once your order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Usually within 1-3 business days. You can also log into your account (if you created one) to view your order history, and all tracking information associated with each order.
I can't find MY FAVES list. What happened to it?
We recently switched over to a new "WISHLIST" format. But if you had items stored in the old format, you can find it here: MY WISHLIST. Please note, this format will become obsolete on May 1, 2018. We strongly urge you to move all your wishlist items to the new format.
