Give Us This Day, Our Daily Halloween
There comes a time, once a year actually, when people far and wide stress over how to dress for their Halloween Costume. Who will I be? Should I be ‘fun’? ‘Sexy’? ‘Scary’? ‘Clever’? How much do I spend, what party to attend, do I pass this time and stay home?
What we don’t consider, or often realize, is that this tradition of putting on a costume happens every single day. You and me, right in our very own homes.
No matter what choice you make, whether you grab something off the floor or strategize in your closet for an hour or two, what you put on your body is a representation of the person you choose to be daily. Our culmination of t-shirts, boots, designer jeans, or stinky running sneakers is our very own costume shop!

Womb to Tomb
“You’re going to eat THAT? And why didn’t you order me any lunch?”
Just a normal day at the office, working with mom, dad, brother, and uncle…yes, our entire family works together at XCVI, and as many of our non-Zeltzer co-workers would attest to, inevitable drama surely ensues (especially when mom’s a former actress).
When I tell people that I work with my family, they cringe and sympathize “oh, wow, that must be hard.” There certainly are days when I agree with them.

A Brand’s Human Qualities
When you walk into the Zappos.com corporate headquarters in Nevada, you’ll meet Rosie: a robot, dressed like a nurse who serves coffee.
Rosie is incredibly charming. She is as heart-warming and personal as a robot can get. And after visiting zappos, I believe that their company is as human and as personal as a brand can get.
I felt like a little kid in a candy store, and not only because zappos offers actual candy to its visitors (and employees). There were duck tape prom dresses on mannequins, and stuffed monkeys swinging from work stations; there was a safari-themed conference room, and a zen-inspired employee nap room. This place was a dream! And I was sold.
